In the case of the commonwealth vs John Huffman, guilty pleas were entered on the charges of trafficking in a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia. The commonwealth is recommending a concurrent sentence totaling 7 years to serve, probated and supervised for 5 years. Formal sentencing is scheduled for July 21st.
