Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
William Bertram of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the underlying charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place, disorderly conduct-1st degree, and criminal mischief-2nd degree.
Edward B. Coffey of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to comply with Child Support Orders.
Robert Southgate of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for wanton endangerment-1st degree (enhancement), and terroristic threatening-3rd degree (enhancement).
Bertram and Southgate were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Coffey was released from custody after posting a Bond.
