Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Molly Brown of Monticello, KY. was arrested for public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
Joseph Swart of Burnside, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of 2 counts of burglary-2nd degree (Pre-Trial Diversion), 2 counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition (Pre-Trial Diversion), 2 counts of criminal mischief-2nd degree (Pre-Trial Diversion) and 1 count of fleeing or evading Police-3rd degree (Pre-Trial Diversion).
Brown and Swart were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center
