Patsy Ruth Halle

Mrs. Patsy Ruth Halle of Monticello, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at her residence in Wayne County, Kentucky, having attained the age of 77 years, 6 months, and 4 days. She was born on Monday, November 1, 1948, in Middlesboro, Kentucky, the daughter of John & Theresa (Daniels) Peck. Patsy was of the Baptist faith, attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church and worked in clerical services for the State of Illinois. She enjoyed cooking, square dancing, and especially loved spending time with and spoiling her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Corbin Daniels, Don Daniels, brother-in-law, Jim Luth, and a great-niece, Kaylea Luchtman.
She is survived by her husband, Arthur Halle Jr. of Monticello, Kentucky, whom she wed on December 7, 2013; children, Tanya (& Edikson) Kattae of Monticello, Kentucky, Anthony Dillard (& Shanna McCormick) of St. Charles, Illinois; step-children, Jeanette Halle of Wisconsin, Elaine Martz of Indiana, Christine Halle of Wisconsin, Steven Halle of Bermuda; siblings, Glenda Hughes of Illinois, Donna Luth of Illinois, Ruby Leslie of Louisville, Kentucky; grandchildren, Alyssa, Jonathan, T.J., Whittney, Becky, Dustie, Lorena, Ivan, Dulce, Brandon, Selena, Jefferson, Samantha, Donna; great-grandchildren, Bailee, Callie, Elisabeth, Martin, Adrian, Graciela, Angel, AJ, Exavier, Christian, Steven, Gael, Isabella, Aliyah, Luna, Amado; step-grandchildren, Warren, Glen, Ryland, Erin, Rowan, Margaret and Maeve; and great-great-grandchild, Adriano.
The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST in the Memory Chapel of New’s Monticello Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Meece officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 9, 2026 beginning at 11:00 am until the funeral hour. Burial will be in the Lakeside Cemetery in Pulaski County, Kentucky.
