Two arrested on trafficking charges after traffic stop in Pulaski Co.

 (WYMT) – Deputies say a man and woman are facing drug trafficking charges after detectives found suspected meth during a traffic stop.

Police pulled over a vehicle driven by Eddie Latham on April 29. Bobby Goff was the passenger in the vehicle.

Deputies then ended up deploying a K-9 to search the vehicle before discovering narcotics in it.

During the search, detectives reportedly found suspected meth with a total weight of about a half-pound.

 

Goff, 45, of Somerset, was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, first Offense (methamphetamine, 2 grams or more).

Latham, 50, of Burnside, was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance in the first degree, second or greater offense (methamphetamine, 2 grams or more) and excessive windshield/window tinting.

Both were taken to the Pulaski County Detention Center, where the deputies said they are being held without bond.
