Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
George D. Young of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the underlying charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition (all others).
Young was released from custody after posting a Bond.
