Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Joshua Gregory of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrants of Arrest for 2 counts of trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree –1st offense (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), 2 counts of trafficking in a controlled substance-1st offense (carfentanil or fentanyl), possession of a controlled substance-1st degree –1st offense, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and 2 counts of persistent felony offender-1st degree.
Gregory was released from custody after posting a Bond.

Kristin Lair of Monticello, KY. was arrested for assault-4th (degree dating violence).
Robert Campbell of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for fraudulent use of a credit/gift card, and theft by unlawful taking or disposition-auto ($1,000.00 but less than$10,000.00).
Joseph E. Frost of Bronston, KY. was arrested on 2 Pulaski County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for 2 counts of failure to appear with no underlying charges listed. Frost was also arrested on an Anderson County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charges of failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license and numerous traffic violations.
Lair, Campbell and Frost were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
