(WKYT) – The Cumberland Falls Highway is blocked in both directions following a deadly crash.
The Whitley County Sheriff’s Office says three vehicles are involved. The crash happened near the Creekstone subdivision between Corbin and Cumberland Falls.
One person was killed, the sheriff’s office said.
The Whitley County Coroner identified the victim as 38-year-old John P. Canada-Love of Corbin. The coroner says Canada-Love was trapped in the vehicle. He was pronounced dead on scene.
A deputy responding to the crash was involved in a separate crash near the scene. The cruiser collided with a school bus.
Only minor injuries are reported in that crash.
