(WKYT) – Kentucky State Police say an investigation is underway after human remains were found in Madison County.
According to troopers, human skeletal remains were found in a wooded area off Moran Summit Road in Madison County just before noon on Saturday.
The remains were removed by the Madison County Coroner and will be taken to the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Frankfort for identification.
