April is National Frog Month! 
Frogs are ecologically important – they help manage insect populations and serve as indicators of overall ecosystem and wetland health. Kentucky is home to 22 types of frogs and toads that come in many sizes, shapes, colors, and habitats. Some are common and found statewide while others are rare and difficult to find.
