Sheriff Bobby Jones reports additional charges related to a newly identified minor male victim in an ongoing sex abuse investigation involving a Pulaski woman.
Kimberly Bray, 45, of Bronston, was charged this Wednesday, March 11, in a second incident involving the sexual assault of a child. Bray, who is already lodged in an ongoing sexual assault investigation and held on a $500,000 bond in the Pulaski County Detention Center, was served with the warrant on the new charges of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, Victim Under the Age of Twelve, with an additional $100,000 bond.
The Sheriff’s Office’s Crimes Against Children Detective Jay Picard began the investigation in January after receiving information that Bray had sexually assaulted two minor female victims in 2017. After gathering evidence in that case, Det. Picard obtained a warrant on December 31 for Bray’s arrest. That initial warrant was served on Bray on New Year’s Day, 2026. The warrant charged Bray at that time with Rape in the First Degree, Victim Under the Age of Twelve, and Sexual Abuse in the First Degree, Victim Under the Age of Twelve.
The information and evidence in both cases will be presented to the Pulaski Grand Jury.
Det. Picard was assisted in the investigation by Deputy Noah Wesley, Deputy Zachary Huff, other Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division, and the Department for Community-Based Services.
