Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Rocky Shelton of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Contempt of Court for failure to comply with Drug Court on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Timothy Brown of Albany, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for Arraignment on the underlying charges of failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance, careless driving, and failure to appear.
Justin L. Collins of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for Arraignment on the underlying charges of driving on a driving under the influence suspended operator’s license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle, no registration plate, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, and inadequate silencer (muffler).
Shelton and Brown were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Collins was released from custody after posting a Bond.
