Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Shawn Hill of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of arrest for strangulation-1st degree (domestic violence related), assault-4th degree (domestic violence), wanton endangerment-1st degree and persistent felony offender-1st degree.
Cody Grider of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for Arraignment on the underlying charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael E. Perdue of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Clinton County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay on the underlying charge of public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
Hill, Grider and Perdue were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
The Wayne County Sheriff Office also served Travis Flowers of Monticello, KY. with a Wayne County District Court Criminal Complaint Summons for theft by deception-includes cold checks.
Flowers was given a court date to appear.
