Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Michael Borden of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest for Contempt of Court.
Rocky Shelton of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree-2nd offense (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Margie S. Thompson of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for assault-4th degree (minor injury).
Lucas Branham of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for Arraignment on the underlying charge of driving on a driving under the influence suspended operator’s license.
Borden and Shelton were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
Thompson and Branham were released from custody after posting a Bond.
