Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
William Godsey of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest for Contempt of Court for failure to comply with Drug Court.
Thomas Lyons of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the underlying charges of operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, failure to have license in possession and a traffic violation.
Sonya Lowhorn of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the underlying charges of no operator’s license and a traffic violation.
Godsey, Lyons and Lowhorn were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
