SIDNE Demonstrations This Saturday at the Monticello Market
Come check out the City of Monticello, Kentucky‘s new SIDNE (Simulated Impaired Driving Experience) vehicle this Saturday during the Monticello Market from 10am-2pm EST behind City Hall.
The SIDNE car lets participants safely experience the effects of impaired and distracted driving through hands-on simulations. Trained instructors from the Monticello Police Department and ABC office will be on-site offering interactive demos throughout the day. It’s a fun, eye-opening way to learn about safe driving—perfect for teens, parents, and anyone in the community!
Thanks to local alcohol sales tax funding, the SIDNE program is being offered at no cost to taxpayers. Don’t miss your chance to take the wheel (safely)!
