Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Francesca L. Girdler of Monticello, KY. was arrested for alcohol intoxication in a public place and resisting arrest.
Ricky D. Daniels of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 3 Wayne County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear for a Child Support Hearing and failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of non-payment of court costs, fees or fines. Daniels was also arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and resisting arrest.
Jerry Stinson of Monticello, KY. was arrested on Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and promoting contraband-1st degree.
Brian Casada of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear for a Motion Hour Hearing and failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the undelaying charges of assault-4th degree (domestic violence), assault—4th degree and non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Jennifer Shelton of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for burglary-3rd degree.
Gridler, Daniels, Stinson, Casada and Shelton were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
