Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
James L. Turner of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Patrick A. Ross Jr. of Stearns, KY. was arrested on a McCreary County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for fleeing or evading Police-1st degree and assault-4th degree (domestic violence). Ross was also arrested on a McCreary County District Court Warrant of Arrest for Contempt of Court.
Turner and Ross were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
