Eric W. McGuire of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for 2 counts of failure to appear for Child Support Hearings.
McGuire was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
James K. King of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 6 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for Defendant Left Rehab OER Agreed Order on the underlying charges of 3 counts of public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol), alcohol intoxication in a public place, 2 counts of disorderly conduct-2nd degree, assault-4th degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, 2 counts of non-payment of court costs, fees or fines and 4 counts of failure to appear.
James F. Botts of Glasgow, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of fragrant non-support (diversion). Botts was also served with a Monroe County District Court Criminal Complaint Summons for theft by deception, including cold checks.
