Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Tony A. Sanders of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 4 Wayne County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear for a Child Support Hearing and failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of trafficking in a controlled subatnce-1st degree (less than 2 grams of methamphetamine), 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of marijuana. Sanders was also arrested on an Adair County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay on the underlying charges of possession of marijuana and a traffic violation.
Maggie A. Wallace of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for theft by unlawful taking or disposition-auto.
Sanders and Wallace were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
