Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Kassondra Smith of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of welfare fraud and false statement to receive benefits.
Smith was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
