* WHAT...Periods of snow. Snow accumulations between 1 and 4 inches
  from today through Thursday morning, which will bring event total
  snowfall into the 3 to 7 inch range.

* WHERE...Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
  southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN...Until noon EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes.
