Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Chadwick Foster of Monticello, KY. was arrested for no operator’s license, failure to produce an insurance card, no registration receipt and no registration plate.
Foster was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
