Douglas R Atkinson of Monticello, KY was arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Bench Warrants for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance, 3rd degree drug unspecified and prescription-controlled substance not in proper container 1st offense.
Danyale Dennis of Monticello, KY was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Bench Warrant for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines on the underlying charges of operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license.
Jayden Dennis of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 4 Wayne County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition-firearm, 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence and non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
