Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Douglas Sanders of Monticello, KY. was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), failure of owner to maintain required insurance and traffic violations.
Ryan Kelsay of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest.
Sanders and Kelsay were lodged in Wayne County Detention Center.
The Wayne County Sheriff Office also served Donna Langford of Monticello, KY. with a Wayne County District Court Criminal Summons for unlawful transaction with a minor-3rd degree.
Langford was given a court date to appear.
