Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Bruce G. Bowen of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, resisting arrest, menacing, illegal possession of a legend drug, trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (drug unspecified) and probation violation (for felony offense).
Mac A. Morgan of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for leaving the scene of an accident-failure to render aid or assistance and tampering with physical evidence.
Bowen was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Morgan was released from custody after posting a Bond.
