Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Lucas Branham of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of driving on a driving under the influence suspended license and failure of non-owner to maintain required insurance.
Branham was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
Johnny R. Baker of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for 5 counts of wanton endangerment-1st degree.
Mark Kidd of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Family Court Forthwith Order of Arrest for violating the terms and conditions of an Order or Judgement of the Court.
