Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Richard Cottman of Monticello, Ky was arrested for public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol), disorderly conduct, 2nd degree, menacing and resisting arrest.
Chelsey Andrew of Russell Springs, Ky was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Bench Warrant for non-payment of court, costs, fees or fines on the underlying charges of fraud use of credit card $500 or more but less than $10,000, theft of identity of another without consent.
Christian Vanover of Monticello, Ky was arrested for disregarding stop sign, operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, possession of firearm by convicted felon, possession of controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (methamphetamine).
Samantha Reynolds of Monticello, Ky was arrested for assault 4th degree (no visible injury), disorderly conduct, 2nd degree.
Esther Creger of Monticello, Ky was arrested for assault 4th degree (no visible injury), endangering the welfare of a minor.
Roger Allen Sexton was arrested on a Wayne County Complaint Warrant for assault 4th degree (minor injury), terroristic threatening, 3rd degree, wanton endangerment, 2nd degree.
Joseph Fulton of Monticello, Ky was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear, Bond ROR on the underlying charges of speeding 17mph over the limit, operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license.
Mitchell P Hutchinson of Monticello, Ky was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant for stalking 1st degree.
Almon Warner of Russel Springs, Ky was arrested on a Russell County District Court Bench Warrant for contempt of court.
Cottman, Andrew, Vanover, Reynolds, Creger, Sexton, Fulton and Warner were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Hutchinson posted bond and was released with a court date to appear.
