Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Dustin Daffron of Monticello, KY. was arrested for menacing, resisting arrest, terroristic threatenin-3rd degree, criminal mischief-1st degree, alcohol intoxication in a public place, assault-3rd degree and disorderly conduct-2nd degree.
Canada Hollars of Monticello, KY. was arrested for assault-2nd degree, wanton endangerment-1st degree, burgalary-2nd degree and tampering with physical evidence.
Douglas Atkinson of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest for Contempt of Court for failure to comply with Drug Court.
Timothy Brown of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Bond Violation on the underlying charges of assault-2nd degree, rape-1st degree and persistent felony offender-1st degree. Brown was also arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for Review of Rehab Status on the underlying charge of possession of a controlled substance-2nd degree.
Daffron, Hollars, Atkinson and Brown were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
