Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Derek W. Tucker of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for assault-4th degree, criminal mischief-2nd degree and disorderly conduct-2nd degree.
Stephen L. Goad of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to comply on the underlying charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and driving on a driving under the influence suspended license.
Tucker and Goad were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
