MPD RECENT ARRESTS
Tommy Daniels, 51, was arrested at 2:59 p.m. Tuesday (Jul 30) on Barrier Street by Officer Mike Neal and WCSO Deputy Valis Smedley. Daniels was taken into custody on warrants for several offenses including Assault 2nd Degree, Wanton Endangerment 1st Degree, Terroristic Threatening and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
Joseph Swart, 18, was arrested at 11:18 a.m. Wednesday (Jul 31) at Walmart by Officer Mike Neal. Swart was charged with Criminal Trespassing.
Birdy Branscum, 62, was arrested at 2:54 p.m. Wednesday (Jul 31) in the Tradeway Shopping Center by Officer Mike Neal. Branscum was charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place and Indecent Exposure.
Thomas Aaron Roberts, 50, was arrested at 6:28 p.m. Wednesday (Jul 31) on KY 90 at stop light #1 by Officer Josh Smith. Roberts was charged with Dui and Possession of an Open Alcoholic Beverage in a Vehicle.
All were processed and lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
