Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Jason Piercy of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protective/Domestic Violence Order, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, menacing, resisting arrest, persistent felony offender and a traffic violation.
Alexus Kern of Monticello, KY. was arrested for being a fugitive from another state. Kern was wanted out of the State of Iowa for 2 counts of Probation Violation on the charges of forgery, harassment-1st degree, false report of indictable offense to public entity and failure to appear on the charge of burglary-3rd degree.
Jacob Ingram of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Piercy, Kern and Ingram were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
