A new trial date has been selected for Daniel P. York who is charged with a total of 25 counts including Rape, Attempted Rape, Kidnapping, Sodomy, Incest, and other offenses.
The charges surround the 53-year-olds stepdaughter who went missing from Monticello in March of 2018 and located two months later in Somerset.
The trial for York has been scheduled to begin on October 11th.
