(WKYT) – The Garrard County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man who was wanted on outstanding warrants in Texas for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Francisco Hernandez, 47, was arrested at his residence on Kelly Ridge Road early in the morning on Monday, Sept. 14.
Deputies located Hernandez based on the outstanding warrants from Nueces County, Texas, according to the sheriff’s office.
Hernandez was lodged in the Jessamine County Detention Center, where he will remain pending extradition proceedings and his return to Nueces County.
