(WKYT) – KET will have new leadership at the top starting in 2027.
Executive Director and CEO Shae Hopkins announced on Wednesday that she is stepping down at the end of the year from the network’s helm after 17 years.
Under Hopkins’ leadership, KET’s viewership grew to over 2 million weekly, the use of its programs and services doubled and it won 40 regional Emmy awards.
During her 40 years at KET, Hopkins worked in several departments, including fundraising and programming.
