(WKYT) – The trial date for man accused of kidnapping a Kentucky 13-year-old has been delayed by 90 days.
Federal court documents say the original trial date was set for Sept. 9 2026, and has been delayed until Dec. 15.
The court says the delay is warranted because the exchange and review of evidence is ongoing, suggesting that important electronic materials have not yet made it into the hands of the U.S.
