(WKYT) – A second person has been arrested in connection with an alleged fight that took place at the Bourbon County Fair last week.
Lisa Clark, 54, of Lexington, is charged with one count of second-degree disorderly conduct, one count of resisting arrest, one count of third-degree assault-police or probation officer, one count of fourth-degree assault and one count of obstructing governmental operations.
On June 25, law enforcement was breaking up a fight at the fair’s demolition derby. During the commotion, Clark allegedly ran out of the crowd and kicked a Bourbon County Sheriff’s deputy in the thigh and also kicked a man being detained, according to Millersburg Police Chief Ben Smith in the arrest citation.
The deputy pushed Clark away, and Smith tried to subdue her, but while Clark was being arrested, she allegedly pulled her arm away and tried to get back to the altercation.
Smith and another deputy eventually got Clark into handcuffs.
Clark was released after posting bond last week and will be arraigned on Wednesday.
Ryien Gordan, 23, of Lexington, allegedly started the fight. He will also be arraigned on Wednesday.
