(WKYT) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) has delayed the activation of traffic lights at an intersection on Winchester Road.
Construction at the intersection of Winchester Road and Hume Road has led to the use of yellow flashing caution lights to direct the flow of traffic. These lights were supposed to become fully operational today around 9 a.m., but the KYTC has delayed the activation until May 5.
