(WKYT) – UPDATE: Kentucky State Police have identified the victim of the deadly crash.
Troopers say 70-year-old Hollis Smith of Somerset was traveling northbound on Lake Cumberland Road when he crossed the center line and collided with an incoming semi-truck.
Smith was pronounced dead at the scene by the Rockcastle County Coroner.
Kentucky State Police says drugs and alcohol are not believed to be a factor in the crash and the incident remains under investigation.

Mount Vernon Fire Department says a crash involving a semi Saturday closed the road.
The crash happened at the intersection of Doc Adams Road and Lake Cumberland Road. Lake Cumberland Road was shut down between White Rock Road and Dysart Way.
The Kentucky State Police London Post 11 is investigating the fatal incident on Kentucky 461 or Lake Cumberland Road. Motorists are advised to seek an alternate route as the roadway is closed in both directions.
The road will remain closed for an unknown amount of time.
