Sheriff Bobby Jones reports a man is in custody today, following a joint operation with federal partners to execute a federal warrant.
The incident occurred on Thursday morning when Deputies with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Federal Bureau of Investigation, The Department of Homeland Security, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, Kentucky Alcohol Beverage Control, and the London Police Department locate and secure an individual living in Pulaski County.
Rameshbhai Patel, who had a Somerset address, was arrested on a federal criminal complaint for Conspiracy to commit visa fraud. Patel was located leaving his apartment and taken into custody without incident.
