Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
David Spence of Monticello, KY. was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance-3 offense, and possession of marijuana.
Spence was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
