Sexton of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for assault-3rd degree (on Police or Probation Officer), assault-2nd degree, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct-1st degree, terroristic threatening-3rd degree, menacing, possession of marijuana, fleeing or evading Police-3rd degree and persistent felony offender-1st degree.
