The community is Invited to Roots and Wings Homeschool Group Christmas Market. Santa will be fireside in the number one enclosed shelter at the Wayne County Park in Monticello, where children can visit and take pictures. Hot cocoa and coffee will be available for purchase, along with one-dollar bags of movie theater popcorn. A children’s-only shopping booth will offer family gifts priced at one dollar or less, with a maximum of five dollars. Homemade baked goods and handmade crafts created by the children and local artisans will also be available for purchase. A letters to the North Pole box will be provided, so please bring your letters to your favorite North Pole character, and Santa will ensure their delivery. All donations are greatly appreciated, and one hundred percent of the proceeds will be allocated to the homeschool community.
