Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
After being transported from Hamilton County Ohio Detention Center Adam W. Tracey of Cincinnati, Oh. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of unlawful imprisonment-2nd degree, burglary-2nd degree, assault-4th degree (domestic violence), criminal mischief-2nd degree, terroristic theratenting-3rd degree and violation of a Kentucky Emergency/Domestic Violence Order.
Jamie S. Baker of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-3rd degree (drug unspecified) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tracey was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Baker was released from custody after posting a Bond.
