Our office has a new barn quilt, entitled “Wayne County Fine Arts.” It is now the fourth pattern to be mounted with our other displayed quilt blocks. This design represents the department of community arts at Wayne County’s office, and it portrays a collage of mediums that are locally popular. It is 5 ft x 5 ft, and was designed and hand painted by Seth Hart, Wayne County’s Extension Program Assistant for Community Arts.
