Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Kyle Carrender of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for leaving the scene of an accident, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to register the transfer of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with an expired operator’s license, disorderly conduct-2nd degree and numerous traffic violations.
Dakota Daniels of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for assault-4th degree.
Jacob R. Morgan of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Clinton County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay on the underlying charge of public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
Carrender, Daniels and Morgan were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
