Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Justin Hunley of Monticello, KY. was arrested for criminal trespassing-2nd degree, harassment, possession of marijuana, public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol) and criminal trespassing-3rd degree.
Natasha Paute of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Review on the underlying charge of habitual truant.
Shane Cooney of Somerset, KY. was arrested on a Pulaski County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay on the underlying charge of alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Hunley, Paute and Cooney were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
