Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Cody Branscum of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine).
Madison Mason of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine).
Tonya Laws of Monticello, KY. was arrested for public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
Christopher J. Thompson of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest for Contempt of Court for failure to comply with Drug Court.
Jacob Ellis of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Family Court Forthwith Order of Arrest for Contempt of Court for a violation of an Order or Judgement of this Court.
Shirley E. Russell of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of marijuana.
Branscum and Mason were released from custody after posting a Security Bond. Laws, Thompson, Ellis and Russell were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
The Wayne County Sheriff Office also served Raichelys Rivera Hernandez with a Wayne County District Court Criminal Complaint Summons for truancy-student 18 but not 21 years of age.
Hernandez was given a Court date to appear.
