Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Demsey R. Cruz of Monticello, Ky. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (4th or greater offense, aggravating circumstances), driving on a driving under the influence suspended operator’s license, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, failure of owner to maintain required insurance, persistent felony offender-2nd degree and numerous traffic violations.
Cruz was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
