Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Breana Youngberg of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for 6 counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument-2nd degree (identity theft). Youngberg was also arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear for Arraignment and failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of receiving stolen property and public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
Jimmy Clark of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the underlying charges of public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol), false reporting an incident which caused an emergency response and resisting arrest.
